We want you to love your New York & Company purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
